How can i set custom firing programs in my Ugin e.ON 200 Neo furnace?

Program configuration for adding the firing parameters of materials.

 

  1. Turn on the Furnace: Ensure the furnace is properly connected and powered on.
  2. Access the Configuration Menu:
    • Navigate to the main menu.
    • Select the “Configuration” or “Settings” option.
  3. Select Firing Program:
    • Choose an existing program to modify or select an empty slot for a new program.
  4. Input Parameters:
    • Pre-dry: Set the initial temperature and duration.
    • Heat Rate: Set the rate at which the temperature increases.
    • Hold Temperature: Set the target temperature and hold time.
    • Final Temperature: Set the final temperature and hold time.
  5. Save the Program: Confirm and save your custom parameters.
