What are the firing parameters of HASS Amber® Mill

Temperature parameters to use for adjustment of translucency of milled restorations with Amber® Mill Lithium Disilicate

  1. Pre-dry: 450°C for 2 minutes.

  2. Heat to 690°C: Increase at a rate of 60°C per minute.

  3. Hold at 690°C: For 15 minutes.

  4. Heat to final temperature: Depending on the desired translucency:

    • High Translucency (HT): 815°C

    • Medium Translucency (MT): 825°C

    • Low Translucency (LT): 840°C

    • Medium Opacity (MO): 860°C

  5. Hold at final temperature: For 15 minutes.
